“Many Hands Make Light Work,” is a Tanzanian idiom stressing teamwork to get things done. Want to donate a bit of time to help us get a few things done? Awesome.

Volunteer Roles & Functions Include: 

  • Monitoring Workshops (runners)

  • Sign-in/Registration

  • Venue Management

  • Assisting with the Marketplace

  • Set-up / Breakdown Crew

We value your time and generosity. Volunteers who work for two (2) or more hours may attend one (1) workshop for free. Complete and submit the form below and we'll get you squared away. Thank you!

The Marketplace has a few openings for artists of the African Diaspora to gather and showcase their talents and products. 

Vendor Marketplace: Sat, Nov 16th

Set up: 1:00 pm

Marketplace Hours: 1:30 - 5/5:15 pm                   

Marketplace Breakdown: 5:30 pm                         

Vendor Fee breakdown: For Nov 16th, free. Max 6 vendors

  • Artisans / Creatives / Service Providers:

  • Informational only/Non Profit Organizations (no product selling):

Vendors will need to bring their own tables, chairs and set-up for merchandising. 

Steps to vend:

  • Complete and submit the form below to tell us about your talents and products.

  • Once your application is reviewed and approved, you will be contacted to pay your vendor fee, if there is one, using the DONATE link below (or via electronic payment, cash, etc). If no fee, no worries.
